Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from:

  • Canada & USA: 2–8 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.


Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Delays can occur and are outside of our control.


International Shipping

We are currently working on expanding international shipping options.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or lack of recipient availability (e.g. wrong address, missed delivery, refusal), it will be returned to us.

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any additional fees (including duties or taxes) will be deducted from the refund

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or opened:

  1. Take clear photos of the package before opening
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  3. Email us at sales@legacyworksco.ca with details
