To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not cover return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit (hats are adjustable)
  • Change of mind
